In this role, you will oversee pre-op, intra-op, and post-op clinical workflows; support surgeons and anesthesia providers; and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. You will supervise and mentor nursing staff, manage patient flow and staffing assignments, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver compassionate, efficient, and personalized care in our state-of-the-art outpatient facility.
