Pay Range: $20 - $24 per hour commensurate with skills and experience.
Reports to : Outreach Manager
Requirements: Must have access to reliable transportation. Availability to work varying shift schedules including evenings and weekends.

About the Role: The Community Canvasser will report directly to the Outreach Manager and is primarily responsible for a wide variety of duties: The canvasser is the face and "brand" of the organization and is tasked with being the eyes and ears out in the community. This role focuses on booking and hosting tables at Masajid/organizations and events across the Greater Los Angeles area during Ramadan. The canvasser is always looking for volunteers and opportunities where further development can take place in fundraising or program bookings. The Community canvasser will also lead phone banking efforts for soliciting donations and provide support to the development team for events as needed. Canvassers may also assist with admin related tasks within the Anaheim office.
