Dental Design Specialist

Provides design function by performing the following duties. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Read/interpret RX, workorders and special instructions for designs
• Proficient in dental anatomy/terminology.
• Ability to design at least two major product groups
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, while consistently producing a quality device

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma; two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience a plus. Proficient understanding of basic Solidworks, AutoCad, drafting skills a plus

Language Skills

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence.
• Ability to write simple notes.

Reasoning Ability

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
