In this dynamic role, you will play a critical part in assembling complex electrical systems and harnesses that power next-generation aircraft and aerospace technologies. Utilizing your advanced skills in wire termination, component installation, and troubleshooting, you'll ensure precision and quality at every step-helping our innovative team deliver mission-critical solutions that soar above the rest.

What You Will Do

  • Construct and install electrical and network wiring assemblies, including custom cables and harnesses.

  • Measure, cut, strip, crimp, and terminate wires and cables to specification, and install components into chassis, panels, and equipment racks according to engineering drawings and schematics.

  • Mount connectors, switches, circuit breakers, servers, PDUs, and related hardware, and routes power, network, and fiber cabling to ensure safety, accessibility, and proper airflow.

  • Read, interpret and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions.

  • Operate hand tools, electrical tools, molding, sanding/cutting of acrylic, measuring equipment and light equipment.

  • Maintain inventory of product in workstations.

  • Perform quality work checks, identify product defects and record identified defects.

  • Rework and/or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes.

  • Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.

  • Operate Fork Trucks and Overhead Cranes to load/unload material and finished product

  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.

  • Lift up to 25 pounds unassisted

  • This is a first shift role.

  • Hours are typically 6 AM - 3:00 PM.?

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/ technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
