Jira Align Administrator

Overview:
The Jira Align Administrator is responsible for configuring, managing, and optimizing Jira Align to support enterprise-scale Agile planning and execution. This role ensures seamless integration with Jira Software and other Agile tools, maintains data integrity, and partners with Agile PMOs, Release Train Engineers, Product Managers, and Engineering teams to enable effective portfolio, program, and team-level alignment.
Jira Align Configuration
Administration:
Configure, manage, and maintain Jira Align features including portfolios, programs, PIs, value streams, teams, roles, permissions, and governance settings.
Administer Jira Align user accounts, permissions, access roles, and authentication integrations.
Set up and maintain Portfolio, Program, and Team layers to support SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks.
Customize Jira Align views, dashboards, and reports based on business needs.
Integrations
Data Management:
Configure and maintain Jira Software-Jira Align connector settings, ensuring accurate two-way synchronization.
Troubleshoot data synchronization issues, mapping inconsistencies, and connector errors.
Maintain data integrity across portfolio, program, and team levels.
Partner with Jira Administrators to ensure consistent workflows, issue types, fields, and configurations across both systems.
