Kelley Williamson Company, a trusted name in retail operations and a division of KW Oil, is seeking a friendly and reliable Liquor Store Sales Associate to join our Retail Operations team. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service to guests shopping for beer, wine, and spirits while maintaining a safe, compliant, and well-organized store environment. You will greet customers, verify IDs, answer basic product questions, and assist guests in locating items that meet their tastes and budgets. Using a point-of-sale system, you will efficiently process cash and card transactions, handle returns or exchanges in line with company policy, and accurately manage your register drawer throughout your shift. As a Liquor Store Sales Associate, you will help receive and stock merchandise, rotate inventory, and ensure that shelves, coolers, and displays are clean, organized, and well-presented. You will follow strict age-verification procedures and adhere to all state and local liquor laws, as well as company policies regarding responsible alcohol sales. You will support daily store operations by assisting with opening and closing procedures, basic cleaning, and light merchandising tasks that support sales goals. You will also communicate customer feedback, product requests, and any safety or security concerns to store leadership.
