Pay Range: $20.00*based on experience. 
1st Shift: 7:00am-4:00pm with overtime as needed.

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Fabricator /Mig Welder in Kentwood, Michigan.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting production drawings and specifications
• Ability to perform quality checks independently during fabrication
• Skilled in measuring and transferring drawings into production units
• Experience welding aluminum and steel with consistency to meet customer standards
• Familiarity with operating metal fabricating equipment such as shears, saws, power/hand brakes, rollers, and welders
• Strong safety and housekeeping habits
• Mig welding and fabricating experience

Nice to Have Skills:

• Ability to train others in fabrication techniques
• Welding certification or testing experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Relevant experience in Mig welding and metal fabrication
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are a plus

Other Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement
• Willingness to perform welding tests prior to hiring
• Ability to work 1st shift hours (7:00am-4:00pm) with overtime as needed
• This position is initially temporary with potential for full-time hire
