We are currently hiring experienced MIG & TIG Welders for a growing manufacturing team in the Cedar Park area. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity with steady hours, overtime potential, and competitive pay based on experience.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday
6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay Rate:
$23.00 – $32.00 per hour DOE

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel and metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
• Fit, tack, and assemble materials according to specifications
• Operate hand tools, grinders, cutting equipment, and welding machinery
• Inspect welds for quality, strength, and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work closely with fabrication and production teams to meet deadlines

Qualifications:

• Previous MIG and TIG welding experience required
• Ability to pass a weld test
• Experience working in a manufacturing, structural steel, or industrial environment preferred
• Ability to read tape measures and blueprints accurately
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a non-climate-controlled environment

Preferred Experience:

• Structural welding
• Flux core or stick welding experience a plus
• OSHA or welding certifications preferred but not required
