ResponsibilitiesInitiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Bridge Norena & Associates Insurance Agency's products and services.
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to identify their insurance needs and determine eligibility for our offerings.
Schedule appointments for licensed agents to follow up with qualified leads.
Accurately record call details, prospect information, and appointment outcomes in our CRM system.
Achieve and exceed monthly outreach and appointment-setting goals.
Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
RequirementsProven success in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
A positive attitude and resilience in handling objections.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
