Position: Therapist-OT-Occupational Therapist (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to clients in various settings.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and goals.
Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success metrics.
Monitor and document client progress to ensure effective therapy outcomes.
Utilize evidence-based practices to inform therapy interventions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care and outcomes.
Maintain high visibility of work activities through regular reporting.
Adapt therapy techniques to meet the diverse needs of clients.
Educate clients and families on therapy processes and home exercises.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in occupational therapy.
Participate in community outreach programs to promote occupational therapy.
Experience/Qualifications
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Valid state licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist in New Mexico.
Experience in providing occupational therapy in diverse settings.
Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
Ability to develop and adapt personalized treatment plans effectively.
Strong communication skills to educate clients and collaborate with teams.
Familiarity with evidence-based practices in occupational therapy.
Proven ability to achieve performance targets and contribute to team success.
Experience in documenting client progress and therapy outcomes.
Willingness to participate in community outreach programs.
