Tube Rental & Retail Associate

Pay: $15/hour
Seasonal Summer Position

Love being outside, meeting new people, and working in a fun summer atmosphere? We're hiring energetic and friendly Tube Rental & Retail Associates to help guests gear up for an amazing day on the river!

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys customer service, stays positive in a fast-paced environment, and doesn't mind spending the day outdoors in the sun.

Responsibilities

• Rent tubes and assist guests with river float check-in
• Sell retail merchandise, snacks, drinks, and other items
• Handle cash and process customer payments accurately
• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly attitude
• Answer guest questions and help create a fun experience
• Keep rental and retail areas clean, organized, and stocked
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality
• Comfortable working outdoors in summer heat all day
• Strong customer service and people skills
• Cash handling and money management experience preferred
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift tubes or merchandise when needed
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred
