The Role and Deliverables * Own end-to-end UX research projects as the embedded researcher within a product squad * Define research needs in partnership with Product, Design, Data, and GTM stakeholders * Select and execute appropriate qualitative and quantitative research methods * Plan and run activities such as interviews, surveys, and remote usability studies * Synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights for teams across the business * Communicate research outcomes to inform product strategy and decision-making Your Skills & Experience * Strong experience leading UX research from discovery through to insight delivery * Proven ability to independently plan, execute, and manage multiple research workstreams * Hands-on experience with common UXR tools and platforms * Confidence working in fast-paced, collaborative product environments * Ability to advocate for research and translate findings into practical recommendations * Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and clear communication skills...Work closely with foremen, supervisors, and other trades to keep projects on schedule.
