Requirements: 8 years' experience performing end-to-end experience research, including planning, moderating, and analyzing generative qualitative data to inform experiences; with an emphasis on analyzing qualitative data, demonstrating the ability to explore and articulate relationships across data points and patterns. 6 years of quantitative measurement and metrics, demonstrating the ability to generate metrics that reflect impact, clean and handle data, and maintain metrics to use for reporting.
