Required Skills:
3-4 years of experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research using a variety of methods. Comfortable with a range of qualitative and quantitative methods, customer / user experience measures. Collaborates with designers, strategists, and management to plan and execute high-impact research studies. Identifies areas of opportunity for research topics and questions through close client collaboration. Delivers effective, efficient, and satisfying customer experiences based on data and actionable insights. Facilitates generative research activities, ideation exercises, and other workshops utilizing a human-centered design approach to fuel innovative product and service design. Creates user journey maps, flow diagrams, and/or service blueprints.
