Position Overview

We’re hiring an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team. This hands-on role involves MIG and TIG welding of carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum to precise specifications. If you're dependable, safety-focused, and take pride in producing quality work, we’d love to talk with you.

Key Responsibilities

· Set up and operate MIG and TIG welding equipment based on project requirements

· Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS)

· Weld carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum parts accurately and safely

· Prepare parts and materials for welding, including layout and fit-up

· Maintain a clean and organized workspace

· Follow all company safety protocols and quality standards

· Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

· Support setup for repeat/serial production runs

· Inspect and measure completed welds for accuracy and quality

· Prepare finished parts for shipment

· Assist with other shop tasks as needed

Qualifications

· High school diploma or GED required

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

· Minimum 2 years of on-the-job MIG and TIG welding experience

· Experience welding carbon steel, aluminum, and stainless steel

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols

· Skilled with measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, and angle gauges

· Familiar with the metric system

· Basic math skills, including converting between fractions and decimals

· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work

· Reliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented

· Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to consistently lift up to 60 lbs

· Basic computer skills a plus

· Position requires pre-employment background check
