Responsibilities
Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to clients in various settings.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and goals.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success metrics.
Monitor and document client progress to ensure effective therapy outcomes.
Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care and outcomes.
Utilize evidence-based practices to inform therapy interventions.
Maintain high visibility of work activities and results for accountability.
Educate clients and families on therapy processes and home exercises.
Adapt therapy techniques to meet the diverse needs of clients.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and strategies.
Experience/Qualifications
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Valid state licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
Experience in a variety of therapy settings, including outpatient and inpatient.
Proven ability to develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments.
Strong understanding of evidence-based therapy practices and techniques.
Excellent communication skills for client and family education.
Willingness to adapt therapy techniques for diverse client needs.
Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
Strong organizational skills to document and monitor client progress.
