This is what the Lord said, why the focus is on “Pastor Ministry?”

The Lord spoke to the visionary, Prophetess Hope McDowell Gibson saying; “You are training many to pastor small gathering as the church will evolve to “House to House Gatherings and Small Groups some believers will be thrust in nurturing and pastoral counsel”.

Also, we are being prepare for the great harvesting of souls through the revival that is coming upon so rapidly. So we are getting leaders trained and in position to teach new believers to spiritually maturity.

This is what God expects of us as church leaders a “Transformational” approach to leading.

Hence, training and equipping the Saints to lead smaller gatherings such as House to House Gatherings and Online Services.

There is also the need to train Christian Business Executives who will find themselves pastoring and nurturing from even their place of work.

This is all apart of God’s mandate to make disciples and duplicate them in advancing and expanding the Kingdom of God.

The Lord said, the church has moved away from it’s core of ministry which is to make disciples who will then transform them to leaders. This is the Great Commission found in St Matthew 28:18-20.

There is a shaking and shifting of faulty leadership who have built Large Empires but have removed me from their Congregations. I am not there… So I have cause the shaking to remove them and I am not done shaking. Jeremiah 3:15 is a prophetic picture of what God is doing now. This is what God is saying;

And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which will feed you with knowledge and understanding. (Jeremiah 3:15)

Pastoral Training also becomes necessary as the Church evolves there will be greater need for discipleship and nurturing in this last and final days leading up to Christ Imminent Return.

Pastors can be misunderstood, mistreated and mishandled by the members of the church or congregation. But the reward is also great; the Lord promised in 1 Peter 5:4 that when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that will never fade away.

Leadership Training For Ministry Success is a two part module. The Introductory and Advance Training.

If you attended the Introductory Leader Training then you are encouraged also continue through to the Advance Level.

It is important to note, that you can still sign up for the Advance, even if you have missed the Introductory Training.

By attending both classes, you will get Certificate of Completion. Also the option to earn a Certification in Pastoral Ministry by completing the class requirements.
